Hi guys, I’m looking for a roommate to share my beautiful 800 sq. foot studio apartment near Battery Park. I am looking for a FEMALE who is in their 20s, who is easy going, fun, and has a full/part time job or is a student. My lease is up on June 28th however I have the option to resign for the next 12 months (nothing shorter). The walls have already been put up, and there are two huge bedrooms with a living room. The rent would be $3,275 which we would split down the middle because the bedrooms are the same square footage. That would be $1,637.5 plus utilities which come out to around 120$ per month split between both of us. The apartment is located on battery and west street, right across from battery park. The apartment has amazing sunlight and water views, including the Statue of Liberty. There is a 24-hour doorman. Amenities of the building include a magnificent Venetian-style lobby, fully equipped fitness center, outdoor roof deck overlooking New York Harbor and Battery Park, large outdoor plaza, Complementary Sunday brunch, private laundry on every floor, storage facilities and complimentary WiFi. The room in the video would be your room, however it will not come furnished. Kitchen and bathroom will come furnished.
