Hi my name is kerri. Im a female, 31 years old. I live in Astoria queens right now. My lease for my studio is up in March. So I would like to move into a spacious two bedroom apartment - in a nice neighbourhood like Inwood or uppper west side or in Long Island City -the first of April with a roommate.
I will only live with another female around the same age as me- I’m in my early 30s. I had a hard time living with girls as young as mid 20s, and it’s important for me to live in a calm space because I’ll be studying.
I want a clean calm living space and quiet. As I mentioned, I am studying and I am also working part time. I would like to live in a building with a washer and dryer and storage space for my bike and a doorman Would be nice.
For a roommate I would like to be with someone who wants the same rules as me:
No guests
No drugs or alcohol
No loud music, I don’t listen to music so I really wouldn’t want to hear someone else s music all the time.
Apartment kept clean
No drama
Quiet living space
Rent paid on time
Respectful of each other’s privacy/private life and living space

I realize that I’m not the most exciting person to live with socially, but I am responsible and mind my own business and will make an effort to be a good roommate when it matters most.
I would love to meet if We think we might be a good fit after talking on the phone and/or corresponding via email.
If you like to party have guests over and are loud then we won’t be a good fit.
If you are calm quiet neat and polite than we will be a great fit. Thank you
