Sorry it's not woodland hills, it's 15 minutes north of there in the best area in LA! Thousand Oaks, CA. 2 bedrooms included in price. Huge 4 bedroom, beautiful 2000sq ft house. Granite wet bar. Chandeliers and vaulted cealing in both living rooms.

I would prefer one female roomie but I'm willing to talk with people to see if we click. I am 35 years old and very easy to get along with. I'm usually at work, at the gym, at the beach or chilling at the house. Neighborhood is extremely safe and upscale. Beautiful wood floors with carpet bedrooms.

Fireplace, granite kitchen counters, big fenced in backyard. 1 medium sized community bathroom that I rarely use. I have the master bedroom and the bedroom next to it. You can have the other 2 bedrooms down the hall. I park my car in the large garage but there is lots of room and huge cabinets to store boxes in there.

Covered patio and fruit trees. 2 miles from the 101 freeway. I do have a well behaved dog that is friendly and loves people. A cat might be ok if it's fixed and likes dogs. Very large driveway to park your car in, or there is plenty of street parking. Cul-de-sac at the end of the street. Very good layout. Impressive house! Totally cool with LGBT also, as long as you are cool and a dog lover! :-)
