Large Bedroom in the lower east side.

I am looking for a roommate to move in Late November – early December. The room is available for a one year lease that can be renewed. The monthly rent is ~1500 – 1600 including commodity bills.

The room:
It’s a large room in a two-bedroom apartment (for this price you’ll have a hard time finding larger). Fits a bed, a desk, and even an air mattress on top of that.
Has a built-in closet and is on the quiet side of the apartment.
This room with a nice hardwood floor can come with a bed and mattress if needed.

The apartment:
The apartment that comprises a fully equipped kitchen space and bathroom shared with me. It is situated in vibrant Lower East Side, close to many groceries stores, bars, fantastic restaurants and gyms.
The apartment does NOT have a washing machine but there are cleaners on the block.

You:

Ideally, I am looking for a late 20’s to 30’s person that is able to take care of himself and responsible enough to contribute maintaining the apartment in a decent state of order. Bonus points if you are open-minded and are looking to share more than a rent.

If this is not a deal breaker, then come as you are.
