I have lived in New York for 12 years. I prefer to have a nice roommate because it can get very drab living in the city alone. I have been a Corporate Flight Attendant on private aircraft and traveled the world for 13 years. I have recently decided to get my Graduate Degree in Cybersecurity. I have an online Retail Business and will be in school full-time. I am originally from Savannah, GA , easygoing and do not like conflict. I am not a big party person and like to stay at home or go to the gym. I eat very healthy, like a clean house, and never leave dishes in the sink. Most of my time will be spent working and in school. I have a female toy poodle that loves everyone and likes to play with cats and dogs. I am respectful and considerate of my roommates feelings and would always ask if it were okay to invite someone over. It would be a rare occasion but, if it were to happen I would communicate with you first. I like to be open and resolve problems quickly. This is a very tough city and home is a place where we should feel safe and relaxed. We should work together and be a team to make life easier. Having a nice roommate/friend is an extra bonus and can be a lot of fun.

Get ready to fall in love with a very special 2 bedroom New York apartment. This rare jewel has beautiful natural light in every direction, 10ft. ceilings, 2 coat closets, a personal bedroom closet with extra storage above, a full size shared closet next to the bathroom, a common area living room, kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven. There are 4 air conditioner units in total and a shared bathroom. Each bedroom has two tall windows that over look Central Park North.
