Looking for a clean, quite , professional roommate; that does not have a lot of company traffic, I work during the week and so should you. I'm off on weekends I typically chill, relax with my daughter (yes she lives here) The apartment is nice overall you can't beat 980 that includes electricity and trash. The common area is furnished(modern style look) All you have to bring is your bed for your room(full size bed) My place is clean and the location is great. My Personality is cool, fair, but handles business. I don't pay bills late so no excuse for not having rent on time! Communication is the key to being a great roommate:)
