My name is David Dillard, and I am interested in renting the room in your home. I am moving back to the ATL area for my job, and am seeking a roommate situation. I guess the first thing I should tell you is, I am gay. If that a problem, I am not offended. I will be working at CWC in a managerial position there in ATL. I am a quiet laid back kind of guy, and very easy to get along with, ( And very clean) If you were to rent your room out to me I can tell you that I will treat you and your home with great respect.
