Billy V - $1,800/month

I just relocated to LA and am currently living on the Eastside for the summer while I get settled. I'm in my early thirties, originally from the Boston area, and moved here after a few years in Reno/Tahoe. I work in sustainability/energy research and consulting. I'm quiet and clean around the house, no pets (currently, but ideally would like to find a place where a dog would be okay at some point), not a smoker. I own a condo back in Boston I rent out so I always try to pay it forward by being a good roommate/tenant myself. I primarily currently work from home (which I know some people aren't thrilled about in roommate), but as long as the bedroom would be spacious enough for a desk, I would work out of there. I'm really active (run, hike, bike, etc.) and like to spend a lot of time out of the apartment when not working. I also travel for work about once every six weeks.
