I'm a young professional, ditching the dorm life for a new apartment in May. I don't mind if my roommate is male or female. I keep my areas clean and tidy, along with the common areas. I clean messes as they occur and wash my dishes in a timely manner. I aim to find people who operate along those lines. (I only emphasize cleanliness, as I have lived with people who leave crumbs and grease everywhere.) In general, I am laid-back and have no issue with music, the occasional apartment party, or late night movies in the common space. Also, I'm looking for a roommate to search for apartments with! I want (preferably):
- close access to at least 2 subway lines
- in-apt laundry
- full kitchen space (no kitchenette)
- speedy elevators
