The apartment has a good size yard and the room for rent has a door to the outside so you are more than welcomed to go outside when you please. The apartment is located close to everything; Deep Ellum, Uptown, Downtown, Knox/Henderson, and lower Greenville. I’d love to set up interviews and get to know if we match!!
