I am looking to find a roommate to rent an unfurnished 1 bed flex apt at on Wall St.. (COMMON AREAS ARE FURNISHED)

The apt is BEAUTIFUL!! New renovations. Stainless steel kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, Marble bathroom, laundry in the building!!

The building is luxury at its best! Doorman, concierge, valet, 24 hour gym and lounge, great room, golf simulator room, sun deck with grill, pool table, speak easy!!!....

You would have the private bedroom with one window and 1 closet. $2079.00 + $70 per month amenity fee. Electric, Cable and Internet are additional. I have the flex bedroom. The décor is very modern. The kitchen has dishes, glasses, flatware, pots and pans, toaster, blender.

About me:
I'm female, 40's professional in the fashion industry. I work long hours. I'm VERY neat and always like to keep all common areas "company ready". I have a housekeeper once a month. That being said, I rarely have guests... I am friendly, social, and would like you to be the same.

I don't smoke, do drugs, or have pets. I do go to happy hour from time to time, but won't bring a party home.

About you:
Male or Female, 30-50, Professional, (NO STUDENTS) You are Full time employed. You are a drama free adult, very neat, respectful, friendly, and ALWAYS pay the bills on time. Wc can share a bottle of wine, but respect each others privacy. You do not have guests often, and won't bring a party home.

Please do not come with any furniture…or clutter…other then for your bedroom.
