Spacious one bedroom in a two bedroom apartment

I have one bedroom in my two bedroom apartment for one person to rent. All of the furniture needed is in the unit including the queen sized bed and ac unit in the available bedroom. I have lived here for a few years now and never want to leave! There is a ton of kitchen space as well as living. The dining room table moves out and can host dinner parties of 8 with ease. On top of all of that, there is a bunch of closet space. The closest train stop is Astoria Ditmars and takes around 15 minutes to get into Manhattan. Super easy. There are also a few bus routes in the area as well.

A little bit about me- I'm in my early 30s and work in tech. Normal-ish hours with sporadic traveling. I get up way too early in the morning to go workout and head to bed way too early at night because I am tired by 8 pm. So, obviously I workout. I like to have people over occasionally for dinner parties, wine nights, etc but nothing too crazy and always with prior approval from my roommate. The apartment is kept fairly clean- sometimes I leave a trail of shoes and bags but I always pick it up quickly! I clean the apartment as I go and usually do a bigger clean on weekends. I would like to find a roommate who feels the same.

I am open to a short term roommate but I would love to find someone more long term. If you have any questions about the space, feel free to ask!
