We have an unfurnished room open in a large three bedroom apartment, available as of May 11th. Move in date can be discussed. The room is roughly 8’x 16’, has a closet, and a window facing the backyard. The room can comfortably fit a queen size bed and desk. There’s a large kitchen, dining area, living room, and balcony.

You'll be living with two easy-going professionals (two guys) in our early 30s with 9-5 schedules. We’d prefer the same but would be open to anyone laid back, clean, respectful, and responsible. No couples and prefer to have someone within the same age range. Unfortunately, pets aren’t allowed in the building.

The apartment is ideally located, right in the middle of Astoria (30th Ave & 38th St). It’s a five minute walk to the N/Q (30th Ave) stop and 10 minutes to the R/M (Steinway) stop. The commute to Midtown is 20 minutes. There’s a 24 Hour Duane Reade on the corner, five supermarkets within a five minute walk, tons of great restaurants and bars, and two very close gyms.
