Hello! I'm looking for a roommate for one of the bedrooms in my 2 bedroom apartment, starting November 1st. It's $1145/mo plus utilities (internet and con ed). Ideally looking for someone to sign the lease with me, but am flexible on that.
This is a beautiful two bedroom apartment with 1.5 bathrooms, an amazing and BIG living room, kitchen with new appliances and great counter space, and lots of storage space throughout. There is also laundry and a modest gym in the building on the first floor. It's a 10 minute walk to the Franklin 2345 and the Botanic Garden Shuttle, and the Nostrand AC is easily accessible too in the other direction. We are a block away from a great grocery store, and there are many wonderful bars and restaurants nearby. Prospect Park with the Brooklyn Museum and Botanical Gardens is just a nice little walk away.
