This apartment is so fantastic - it has in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, central air and heat, a large private patio overlooking a garden, and a furnished rooftop with incredible views of the Manhattan skyline. And we're steps from the train!

Available furnished or unfurnished, the room itself has two windows, access to a private closet, enough room for up to a king (!) sized bed, and plenty of room for activities. The bedroom also doesn't share any walls with the other bedrooms in the house - nice and quiet! The room could include furniture, or I could move it out for you - your choice.

You'd be living with two really wonderful guys in their 30s who are both employed full-time in creative fields - one works in audio engineering, and the other manages a coffee-parts repair business. One of them also has a perfect dog, Jasper, who is 10 years old, super friendly and mostly just chills.

You'd be renting my room - I'm moving in with my girlfriend and looking for someone to take over my space. Sad to leave the washer/dryer/dishwasher and fantastic roommates, but my loss is your gain!

Security + 1st month for move in. The lease ends in April, with the option to sign it again then.
