Hi! I'm looking for a laid back/ chill girl to take over my roommates lease until 1/31/18. We live in a 2bd 2br apartment in downtown Hoboken. Living/dining and kitchen are furinished by me. Bedroom is directly across the hall from a private bath. Washer/ dryer is in the unit. Building has an elevator, gym, backyard area and small roof deck. I'm looking for someone that isn't too rowdy (I work from home mostly), clean and kind. There are mostly families in the building and it is very quiet for the most part. Street parking isn't usually an issue. Quick walk to 1st and Clinton bus stop to NYC and about 10 minute walk to the path.
