We have 2 bedroom apartment that we wanna share one of the bedrooms as soon as possible.
The room is big enough but unfurnished and it has 2 widows with a beautiful veiw and a big dresser and a private bathroom.
Our apartment is in (Los Angeles , near the LACMA museum and if you like shopping,we are really close to The Grove outdoor mall and Farmers market.
Also you can access easily to Whole foods, Kmart, Ralphs, Trader joe's,Ross,...)
It's a walkable area with plenty of general parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking in community for free If not, they have reserve parking lots that you can rent.
We don't have Cable tv or wifi but if you want we can get one and share together.
Utilities are not included.
My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room and kitchen.
