if you are interested in taking over the lease, you do have to fill out an application ( $100 application fee )provide prof of income, credit and have a valid ID. there is a $3,000 security deposit to be paid to the landlord. ( your money will be returned when you leave)

roommates are ages 21 and 20. 420 friendly (Please smoke in your room) 2 dogs (Shiba Inu and Maltese). Both are college students. The apartment has wifi & virtual doorman. The room for rent is a Queen size room very spacious. The atmosphere is very mellow, inviting & pro LGBTQA. The neighborhood is a great place. Grocery less than 2min walk. 24 our deli on our block and the laundromat is about a 5 min walk.
