The Neighborhood:
- Astoria-Ditmars (N Train)
- 8 minute walk to the subway (25 min to Central Park, 40 min to Union Square)
- 10 minute walk to Astoria Park
- Many laundry facilities within a few blocks
-Restaurants, Grocery & shopping within walking distance

The Room:
- It’s about 8x10 with a small closet. There are two windows in the room. One looks out to a courtyard, the other to the street. The room has an air conditioner. This is one of two bedrooms in the apartment. The third bedroom is a living room turned into a bedroom with shutter screens providing privacy from floor to ceiling.

Who we are:
- We are two females, 29 and 42 years old.

Looking for:
- Someone who is very clean, quiet and friendly
- Someone who is willing to commit to a cleaning schedule, so that we are sharing in the maintenance of the apartment
- Someone willing to live in a vegetarian household
- Someone who will not have a problem paying the rent on time

We think it's very important to find someone we are compatible with, so we can all feel comfortable in our home environment. We are looking for someone who is open to having a communication around creating a space we can all be comfortable in, where we can express to each other things that might be bothering us about our living environment openly.

This is a smoke free/ drug free environment. No guests. Please do not bring the party home.

The room is for one person. Sorry, no pets.

Rent is $730.00 per month. A deposit of $730 is due on signing of lease. First and last month due on move-in ($1460).

Internet (wireless)/ Gas/ Electric and shared supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) average about $60 each a month depending on usage.
