I'm a 30 year old professional, currently living in Bushwick. My lease is up end of March, and I'd love to move into the city, preferably downtown (east village, LES, FiDi, Murray Hill, chelsea, flatiron). I'm usually working all day throughout the week, and rarely spend the weekends at home. I'm not a huge partier, but may invite a friend over every now and then for beers. I'm clean and tidy, and very considerate as a roommate. Looking for the same!
