We are looking for a 3rd roommate to get a spacious 3bdr/1.5ba or 3bdr/2ba place in Harlem or Morningside Heights (near B/D and 2/3 lines) for $3900 or less. We are looking for a place with lots of windows and natural light and at least 1000sq feet. We have found a lot of options.

About us: We each like to have friends/dates over sometimes and we go out separately on weekends. We both work regular business hours M-F. We are both active, social, open-minded, chill, laid back, clean, respectful. We like hiphop, soul, R&B, reggae, house, chillhop, jazz music but we're not playing music all the time, just sometimes.
