This apartment has its own laundry on site. Has a lot of restaurants that are walking distance. It's a very safe quiet neighborhood.
I live with a younger brother who works full time so he is normally not there, he works night shift so he comes home early in the morning when i head out to work. We are family so we want whoever is our roommate to be like family. Someone responsible, independent and clean.
