It’s in the waterside plaza just north of stuytown. 23rd and the fdr drive. The room is sunny spacious room big enough for a queen sized bed and other furnishings. You will have use of a large walkin closet for clothing and storage. The kitchen is equipped has new appliances and lots of room for cooking plenty of cupboard space as well. Simple furnishing in the living room. 1 bathroom, linen closet for storage. There is a laundry room in the building open 24 hours. Doorman building. The apt is clean no bug no mice. The area is very safe. There’s also a great outside space on the river with great views. I live with my one cat. I work at night at a restaurant and do landscaping in warmer weather so I’m not around too much. When I’m here I am usually chillin, cooking or cleaning. No fees, no lease signing.
