Our ideal flatmate is courteous, clean, has a full-time steady career, but also is someone who likes to have fun as well! You will have your own bedroom and private closet. The room will be completely unfurnished.
The apartment has one bathroom which is shared, a spacious living room, and a mid-size kitchen. We are just 2 blocks from the Broadway stop on the NQW subway line, which is just a short 12 minute/4 subway stop ride to midtown-east Manhattan. Our unit is centrally located within walking distance from all the great shops, restaurants and bars that Astoria has to offer. Street parking is available in our neighborhood if you have a car.
Move in date is June 1st. Total Apartment Rent is $2,150 a month + Utilities (on average about $120 a month each person for Cable/Wi-Fi/electric). 1 year lease. Upon moving in we will need 1st months' rent plus one month's rent for security. You will be required to submit your driver's license and personal info for a background and credit check required by our building's management company if you decide to join us! Please no pets, no couples, no smokers (smoking outside the apt is obviously fine)
