Roommate Wanted (Shared Bed/Bath) - NoHo Arts District

Hi!

I'm looking for a new month to month roommate (male) to move into newly available shared bedroom in North Hollywood starting January 1st (or available now). The price is $740/month, plus an average of $50-60 /month for utilities (highest speed rate internet, gas, electricity, water, building's administration, etc.). The shared room is the master room in the condo, very spacious fitting two queen beds comfortably, with a big walk-in closet, and own bathroom.

The apartment is a 2 beds/2 baths, really spacious (biggest layout in the building) - 1100 sq2, fully furnished. Pictures in the ad are from the building's website, the layout is quite different (and much bigger). The condo is fully furnished and has a washer/dryer inside (so convenient!), comes with 2 shared parking spaces and a big balcony. The complex has a 24/7 gym, a lounge area, pool, and a jacuzzi with grills on the rooftop. It's a pretty good price for what you get.

The apartment is shared between three occupants total. Currently we're two males in our early 20s looking for our third roommate. We're very clean, respectful, with steady sources of income, and we would like our new roommate to reflect the same qualities. We also like to hang out, decompress and have a nice time when we're home, we would prefer someone who's very active and can keep the atmosphere in the apartment light.

The apartment is located in the heart of the NoHo Arts District, within walking distance to the Metro Red Line, as well as multiple bus routes. The 134, 170, and 101 freeways are all just a few blocks away, which makes it incredibly easy to go anywhere in the City or the Valley, Hollywood is only a 7min drive away! The apartment is also within walking distance to a Ralph's, a Walgreen's, banks, many gyms, parks, theaters, a Laemmle Cinema, plus some really great restaurants and bars!
