I'm a divorced professional female looking for a male or female roommate to share expenses in a beautiful home in the energy corridor. I'm looking for a mature professional or retired person or a serious student (no partying in the home) with own car and verifiable income with no criminal record.

Other requirements are:
You must be clean and drama free in my home. I have a small pug dog whom stays outside most of the time and is not a nuisance.
The house is completely and beautifully furnished. Your room includes brand new full size bed, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, new linens, new flat screen TV & dresser. Includes own closet and bathroom. I live in the home so there will only be 2 of us. You will have use of the washer & dryer and full kitchen privileges as long as you clean up after yourself as soon as you are finished in the kitchen.

This is a non-smoking home. There is a large outdoor covered patio with nice gas grill and patio furniture to enjoy.

The rent includes electricity, gas, water, lawn maintenance, internet and cable & Netflix.

This is a high quality, safe, comfortable, clean & stress free home with few rules...(come and go as you please)....so the rent and deposit are non-negoiable....period. Transients and drug addicts and anyone with anger issues... need not apply. I am looking for a dependable high quality person that would like to share expenses. Thats it.

NOTE: My house is located off Mason & Wespark Tollway (20-25 minutes to downtown off the Westpark tollway and an easy 10 minutes to I-10...close to Cinco Ranch and all the restuarants and shopping but not quite in Cinco Ranch. This is a nice neighborhood...Lakemont Manor...there is also use of the community pool.
