-Cleanliness- is of the UTMOST importance and respecting the common areas in particular, is necessary for harmonious living. The bathroom and kitchen are common areas, therefore, after each use, please ensure that they are CLEAN. We strive to keep a CLEAN house for us and you, to enjoy.

-Perfectly located for those who need to travel, we are within walking distance to the 6 Hunts Point or Longwood Stations and a 10 minute bus ride to 2/5 Intervale Ave (20m walk). We have both West Side and East Side access! Also we have the #19, 5, 6 & 46 Buses, should you want to ride local. It's so convenient.
-The Bruckner Expressway connects Hunts Point to Interstate-95, the Northeast, the Midwest and the ports of New York and New Jersey. There are at least 4 Shopping Malls within a 20 minute drive and they are also accessible via public transportation.
