Looking for a short term roommate

Hello. I am currently looking for roommate to rent out my second bedroom. Preferably female and mature with no kids. My place is really cozy and cute and I always keep it clean. There are pieces of furniture in the common are and a bed frame, two night stands, and and a chair already in the second room. I have a blow up mattress but you can bring your own if you want. I’m still adding furniture to my place but you can add furniture to your room if u like. I would like to keep the bed frame in place since it was a pain to put up. You also have a full balcony with fairy lights and simple furniture out side. I also have curtains up and the walls painted. You also get your own bathroom and two closets
