Hello!
I have a large house in Sunnyside SF and am looking to rent out the bottom apartment (full unit). It has its own entrance, parking, kitchenette, lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It's pretty much a big in-law unit that is self-contained.
We have two really friendly dogs on the property (Big Mac and Rolo), so you have to be into pets and no pet allergy if you are interested in the letting from us. The pups will definitely want your company (they love people). My husband and I live upstairs, in the top unit.
We're friendly, supportive folks, who are calm and good communicators and both of us work in the tech space.

We have a large two story home and are looking for a tenant to rent out the entire bottom floor.
The bottom floor is private, with its own entrance, full bathroom, direct access to the laundry (washer/dryer), a kitchenette/living room and a large separate bedroom with great views!
Things to note:
1. Furnishing: The unit is unfurnished but does have a large fridge fitted in the unit.
2. Parking: There is shared parking: 1 x garage space, 1 x driveway space and ample street parking where you don't need a permit.
3. Pets: We are pet friendly! We have two dogs on the property who are very friendly. We welcome a third or fourth! Our girls (Big Mac and Rolo) are house trained, love people and will definitely want to hang out with you.
4. PG&E: Not included in the rent. You'll only pay for what you use.
Kind of room mate we are looking for:
1. A professional who does not smoke and is well past their party days!
2. A financially responsible individual who is a strong communicator.
3. Someone who is tidy and takes pride in their home/space.
Who we are:
1. My husband and I live on the top floor. We are both at work most days, both work in tech and travel for work often. We are kind, fair, friendly and will always do our best to support others.
