One room available in our three bedroom, one bath loft in TriBeca beginning June 18. You would be living with one guy from Austin and one gal from NYC, both easygoing, clean, and just all around chill.

The apartment is a rarity for the price point in the area. It’s located at the cross of Canal and Church, near all of the major subways (ACE, 1, 6, NQR, J) and within walking distance of some of the best NYC neighborhoods: SoHo, Nolita, NoHo, West Village, Chinatown, Little Italy, LES, East Village.

The bedrooms are situated in the back of the apartment away from the noise on Canal (although Canal does get dead quiet at night), and the living room is spacious (pictures don't do it justice) and has 4 big and bright windows. Amenities include washer/dryer in-unit (it’s in the bathroom), dishwasher, window unit AC in the living room, living room projector and fire escape off of the front of the apartment.

First month/Last month/Security deposit all required to sign the 12-month lease.
