Megan M - $700/month

I'm Megan, a 25yo professional, newly residing in the Palm Beach area. I've been living and working in Boston for the past 3 years, but recently took a job in West Palm Beach and start in early September.

A little about me: I'm very active and love to workout, get outside, paddle board, etc. I enjoy cooking and eating healthy, but also enjoy a good glass(es) of wine and bingeing Netflix/Hulu/Bravo, you name it. I don't have any pets but do occasionally dog-sit on the weekends. I typically sit at the owner's house, so not an issue at all if you're not for pets in the house. I do like to go out on the weekends to socialize, but I'm not a big partier. I am, however, a huge football fan and enjoy having friends over to watch the games. I went to Clemson University, so on Saturdays you'll find me donning my orange and glued to the TV!

I am actively looking for a permanent place to live starting 10/1. My job is in West Palm Beach, so I've primarily been searching for places around there, but am definitely open to living in the Boynton Beach/Delray areas as well. I'd love to find a 2br/2ba and pay around $600-700/mo. Must haves for me are: private room/bath, washer & dryer, central AC. Bonuses would be: gated community with amenities (such as a pool and gym) and centrally located to downtown areas (i.e. Delray or WPB). I don't smoke or do drugs, but I do drink alcohol and always have wine in the house. I'm very clean and keep common areas neat and tidy. No dishes get left in the sink more than a few hours at most!
