I'm a management consultant that has a spare bedrom in a prime upper east side location. I'm a good mix of social but able to keep to myself as well. I am into health and fitness and love working out- weight training, pilates, yoga, hiking. Overall fairly laid back with my only major must is having keeping the apartment tidy.
The apartments location really couldn't get any better. No matter where you work or go to school in Manhattan you can get there quickly since its by the Q456 and a cross town bus line for those working/studying on the west side. It is steps from Central Park, Whole Foods, Equinox, Soul Cycle, as well.
Preferably, I am looking for someone from Jan 1, 2019 for 1 year.
