Furnished condo in downtown Hollywood

3 bed, 2 bath condo right on Hollywood Blvd, in walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops and Young Circle. It's fully furnished but if you have your own furniture we can work something out. There's a pool, hot tub, gym and sky lounge (has a pool table) on the premises which you'll have access to as well as a 24hr doorman/concierge. An assigned parking spot is is included in the secured garage on the 3rd floor of the building. We will split the monthly cost of internet (currently $55) and electric (ranges from $70-120). Basic cable, water, sewer and trash are included).

Your bedroom has a large, private balcony that overlooks the pool area. The bathroom is technically semi-private as it is shared with the 3rd bedroom which is used as a storage/guest room, but this is rare and would only be with prior communication.
