Please read carefully. Preference is for long term roommate however can be flexible.
Furnished Room with Queen size bed available for rent available in a 2 bedroom apartment with access available to living room, kitchen and bathroom. If you wish to have a friend or someone you know crash on the couch please let me know in advance.
$1500 per month with no long term commitment needed, no extra air conditioner fees (A/C provided), and in true Park Slope near Prospect Park.
I believe in working hard, party hard and keeping space both respectful and clean. So cleaning after yourself is highly important and mandatory.
Ultra short term (less than 30 days): Weekly rental $750 or $150 per day. Included for ultra short term only: soap, towels and cleaning of room.
If renting for over a month normal credit check and application process will apply. Lease packet will be signed based on terms and time agreed upon. Security deposit will also apply and last month's rent.
The room comes with nice amount of closet space near the lovely prospect park. Love living next to the park and all the nearby bars, cafes and restaurants.

A bit about me. I work 2 seasonal jobs Tax preparer during winter. Real estate during spring, summer and fall. Family move to NY from Puerto Rico, I grew up in sunset park Brooklyn since I was a baby and now in park slope. I am into meditation daily, going to practical philosophy and kabbalah classes (spiritual growth) , reading, gym or running in the park (least 2x week), networking events, traveling, salsa dancing.
