3rd roommate needed for cute Bedford Stuyvesant apartment with exposed brick!

Hey guys! I am looking for a third person to sign the lease on this cute apartment in BedStuy! The lease starts Sept 1. I have been subletting the place for the past few weeks and I love it! The exposed brick is gorgeous, all the rooms have decent sized closets and the rooms can fit a queen sized bed! I have mine in a loft an have plenty of room for a desk, dresser and bookshelf. The apartment has a laundry room in the basement which is great, and a rooftop with a great view! The open room also has two windows with spacious Windows sills that you can put stuff on!

The apartment itself is on a really nice block with brownstones and near some great restaurants. If you're a nerd like me, there's also a PokeStop you can reach from inside the apartment! Your roommates would be recent college grads working in graphic design. We're both pretty easygoing and looking forward to exploring the city! We're looking for non-smokers, no pet, and no partiers but definitely someone who wants to make new friends and explore the city together!
