I'm Ashley, a 28 y/o professional. I work for Disney in streaming tech in Chelsea Market. I have an eight year old, 30 pound, super laid back, and well trained American eskimo poodle mix (she’s a lazy, friendly mush.) I work M-F usually, some weekends here and there. I like a quiet, calm, clean living space (except for some dog toys) and have shared with roommates before. I have a flexible move date as my current lease is month to month but would like to move October/November into something long term.

I am looking for a roommate to apartment hunt with. I have recently toured and been interesting in someone to share an apartment and sign a lease (12-16 months) in the Newport Rentals in Jersey City. These buildings are beautiful, waterfront apartments, unobstructed view of the city skyline, all new, stainless steel appliances, laundry on every floor, 24/7 doorman and security, a 5 minute walk to Hoboken, and less than two minutes to the Newport PATH station. There are tons of availabilities and the photos posted are both from the website and some I took when touring the buildings. I'd be looking for someone to share a 2 bed, 2 bath, and I'd happily take the smaller of the bedrooms meaning the master (with possible on suite master bath, but definitely your own private full bath) would be available.

I'd also be open to Hoboken as long as very near the PATH station, or Midtown to Lower Manhattan.
