The 3 of us (1 male/female couple and 1 female friend) living in this home are all involved in the film industry in one form or another. All of us are here for the "long haul". We have great motivational and optimistic energy but give each other space when it's necessary and often enjoy nights just relaxing, watching some Netflix/Hulu. Being respectful and considerate for each other's privacy and belongings is a must. We're looking for someone with a good sense of humor who is responsible and is open minded. Do not tolerate drunks (drinking is ok, but if you can't hold your liquor it's a no go) and non-prescription drug use. We have 2 friendly cats if you enjoy the company of animals. The available room is upstairs and has plenty of space (10ft x 12ft), comes with an entertainment center for your TV and stuff. Nice sized closet at 2ft x 6ft. Bathroom is shared with 1 female. Male/female couple have their own bathroom in bedroom. Extra bathroom is downstairs. Plenty of space for relaxation. Backyard has 3 seating canopy swing, 4 person outside patio set is perfect for early breakfast or late nights and the den is always great for watching Netflix/Hulu.
