Hi there! I'm a 25 y/o female working in finance (wealth management). I'm originally from Westchester, NY and pretty familiar with NYC. I previously lived in the East Village (NYC) until I moved to Boston, where I was the last 3 years. I just moved back to NY and looking for a Sept 1st move in - but my move in dates are flexible. I have a ton of experience living with roommates and like to think I'm considerate, responsible and clean/organized. I'm very friendly and easy going. I've always had great relationships with my old roommates but like to also keep to myself at times and give my roommates privacy. I have a very busy schedule with work and studying for my CFP so I won't be in the apt a ton. I always clean up after myself and would contribute regularly to the apt with household items (cleaning supplies, toilet paper etc.) I have a bunch of furniture from Crate & Barrel that I would be happy to provide for the apt, if needed (couches, chairs, dining room table with chairs and a coffee table).
