Hi! Looking for a subleaser from July 2018 - April 2019 as Im having to move for work. Youll be living with three of the best women I know. That said, because of their schedules, they are rarely at the apartment. Most are only in Los Angeles 1-2 weeks per month! They are each very neat and considerate and so sweet. The apartment, aside from the bedroom is fully furnished with all new appliances and an in unit washer and dryer. The bedroom youll be taking over has a nice sized closet and plenty of room to fit a queen bed, side table, etc. For utilities, youll be looking at paying between $60 - $70/mo. I currently live with three other girls, all between the ages of 22 - 23. They all maintain very busy schedules and are rarely home, but when they are they are each the sweetest and most considerate people I know. They're very active and healthy, love hiking and especially yoga! Overall it's a very mellow environment that I'm sad to be leaving.
