I am looking for two awesome female roomies to share an apartment in Stuytown. We would be signing a 12 (or 24 month lease) for a 2 bedroom flex starting October 8th. After recently visiting Stuytown's and seeing how beautiful it was I was sold and I'm sure you will be too.
Nestled in NYC East Village area (one of the best area for bars, coffee-shops, boutiques, close to several colleges), Stuytown is a multi-building luxury complex with lush green gardens, shops, basketball courts, great security, each building has it's own laundry in basement, bicycle storage, and parking spaces provided.
Close to the L at 1st ave and close-ish to the 4,5,6,N,Q,R train at Union Square with a host of buses available.

The apartment we'd be looking to rent is a 2-bed room flex with a real wall already installed in the flex room. All of the bedrooms have their own individual closets (either in the room or dedicated right outside the room). See pictures for details.
A little about me and also what I'm looking for in roommates:
I am a Native New Yorker in her mid-20s who works in luxury fashion. If you like dozens of free samples of make-up, leather goods, access to all of the best lux brands sales, and a nice healthy discount I'm willing to share, I'm your girl :) I'm very busy during the week as I work a normal 9-5/6 schedule with a couple of later nights during market weeks. You should be the same. I'm about to get even more busy as I start a creative writing program in the Fall at the New School. Needlessly to say, I like a degree of quiet at home during the week and would like to live with people who respect that. Think of me this way quiet and busy Monday-Thursday, fun Friday-Saturday, brunch on Sunday morning and chores Sunday night. Which brings me to this: I'd like to live with people who would be down to hang out now and then. Have a glass of wine while watching some bad reality tv or go out and explore many of the wonderful bars in the EV. Maybe have a couple of weekend get-togethers. I have my own busy life, but it would be nice to live with others who are friendly and easy-going :)
Ideal roomies would be other female creative young professionals or grad students who work hard and play hard within reason. People who have overnight guests everyday or a live-in significant other needn't apply. Also, would people who are willing to be a degree of clean (or split the cost of a professional cleaner once a month). I'm not the type of person who will flip out over a dish in the sink, but I am the type of person who gets bothered by constant mess in shared living spaces.
To Move-In:
1) Stuytown is no fee, but does require a $500 deposit to take the apartment off of the market. We will split this three ways. $167.
2) There is $100 charge to application fee per each person or guarantor.
3) I will take the largest room and pay the most rent. Room entitled "Master" in the drawing. $1600 (-aprox)
The 2nd "real bedroom" will be 1500.
The 3rd flex room or 'the den' will be 1400.
Please note this is with all utilities included and one year free cable/wifi! The only additional fee would be an ac unit fee which I believe the agent said is about $30 or so.
4) You would need to make at least 55k (36 times the rent combined), but ideally 60k +. Or have a guarantor would 40x the rent. Good credit preferred as well.
