I’m looking for a roommate for my 2 bedroom 1 bath near Eglinton and Bathurst.
$675 utilities/internet/tenant insurance not included. (about $115 per month)

More about the apartment: Located near Eglinton and Bathurst (5 minutes from Eglinton West Subway Station, 2 minutes from 32 Eglinton Bus, 5 Minutes to 7 Bathurst Bus) The apartment is a two floor walk up above a sushi restaurant. (I went, it was good.) There is a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. The kitchen has a stove and fridge, I also have a Microwave, toaster, kettle, and blender.

There are two shared closets and the bedroom room also has a closet. There is no laundry on site. The nearest laundromat is about 15 minute walk away though I usually go to one a bit further because it has FREE WIFI and I like the dude who runs it, he looks kind, we’ve never spoken.

I have a window AC unit in my room, you’re welcome to bring one too!

There is no parking for the unit but there are residential streets that might have parking near by! You’d have to check that with the city!

The bedroom is about 9ft long and 7.5 ft wide plus a little alcove by the door. The room will be unfurnished. The living area is as you see in the video but rearranged a bit with some slightly different furniture.

About me: I’m 23, I work full time Monday-Friday 9-5 as a marketing and communications manager. I like to cook, eat, watch netflix and take naps. I also like weird sports, like kickball, and regular sports like hockey. On my ideal week night I’m in bed by 9:30 or 10. On Weekends it’s a little later. My boyfriend comes over on weeknights from time to time but I always make sure to let my roommate know there will be people over, I would expect the same. I would prefer a roommate on a similar schedule or someone who is a night owl / early bird but quiet about it.

This apartment is NOT 420 friendly, and non accessible due to two flights of stairs.

I’ve been living here a year, the landlord has been great. The apartment was gutted and we were the first tenants in the newly renovated space.

If you know anyone who’s looking please let me know! I will be interviewing roommates to make sure we’ll get along because there’s nothing worse than having a crappy roommate situation.
