26 year old female seeking a down to earth, clean, and responsible working professional roommate to take beautiful, updated, and spacious master bedroom in Boynton Beach, FL. 0.5 miles from the ocean (I walk daily... VERY safe area!!) and across the street from the intracoastal! Walking distance to shops and restaurants, and a $5 Uber to downtown Delray!
Granite counter tops with copious amount of storage cabinetry in attached bathroom, and includes a HUGE walk-in closet. Two large hurricane proof windows in bedroom (with window treatments included) let in lots of natural sunlight! Kitchen has plenty of room for whatever you'd like to bring in. In-unit washer and dryer! We love this apartment.
Master bedroom is move-in ready July 1 or July 15 (sign 6 month lease to end December 31 with serious potential for a re-sign). Potential to sign lease for August 1 with same lease end date. Furniture in bedroom is not included, kitchen is full equipped with what is needed.
The application process at our complex is very easy, $75 application fee with same day approval (pay stubs and proof of income needed). Beautiful complex with 3 gorgeous pools and 3 jacuzzi hot tubs. A brand new fully equipped gym and indoor basketball court available 24/7. The clubhouse is newly renovated as well for a fun space to hangout. Parking is in a secure parking garage attached to the building, so cars are always covered and entry is via secure door fob.
$730 per month (EACH) plus $26 internet, and 50/50 split electric, gas, and water. (Has been no more than $100 total = $830 for rent & all utilities).
