Cedar B - $1,000/month

Hello! My name is Cedar (yes, like the tree :p) and I’m looking for a roommate(s) to live with in the Los Angeles area! (Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, Venice, etc.) I’m from Colorado and I have a dog and a cat - both very sweet and well behaved animals. I currently live in Laguna Niguel and I’m finishing up schooling as a Registered Veterinary Technician. I graduate in May and would like to move/start a lease around that month. I’m looking for a roommate who is willing to live with animals, has a stable income, and is friendly.

I like to come home after a long day and have time to myself but always love meeting new people and spending time with friends. Smoking (weed/cigarettes) outside is ok, but no hard drugs. I love going to happy hours and going out on the ocassional weekend. I also like going to the beach with my dog and going on hikes. I like to cook, watch Netflix, play board games, read, and drink wine :p I’m willing to live with a straight/gay, female/male, single/couple. I’m very open minded, clean, and financially stable.
