$1370 Hoboken - Room Available in Downtown 2 BD/1 BA Apartment No Fee!

Available October 1st! 1 roommate needed in my downtown two bedroom/one bathroom apartment. My current roommate is moving out and I need someone to fill her spot. It's located on 2nd and Monroe which is about a 15 minute walk to the PATH and 5 minute walk to the 126 bus.

The room available is very large with hardwood floors. It would come unfurnished, but everything else in the apartment is already furnished. The kitchen is very large with lots of room for storage and the living room is decently sized with room for two couches. There's also a washer/dryer in the building and AC units are available in the summer.

Pricing: Heat, Water, Internet, Cable are all included in monthly rent which will total to $1370. The only other expense would be utilities which runs about $15-$30 a month. 1.5 months rent is due upfront for a security deposit. There's also no broker's fee! My landlord would also run a credit check.

About me: I'm an early 20s female that works in finance in the city Monday-Friday, my hours can run long so I am pretty laid back during the week but during the weekends I like to go out and don't mind any noise or guests coming over. I'm generally pretty clean and super easy going.
