In the building is a 24-hour Doorman, laundry in the building, community courtyard, private outdoor bike parking (bring a cover for winter), and a clean new gym for a small monthly fee. Clean and wonderful placed to live.

Room includes a queen size bed, hamper, side table, chest of drawers and large closet.

Living room is my living area and separated by curtains for privacy. Curtains are open to let light in!
Roommate is me, woman in my late 30's practices yoga and eats healthy. Been living here for five years been renting my bedroom for 3 years to short-term tenants. Changing Careers so I have odd jobs.

You get space in the fridge and in the cabinets in the kitchen. I love to cook so you are welcome to cook your own food. Food is not provided (yes, people have asked!)

We share kitchen, dining room and bathroom. It's a lot of space.

Cost is $925 plus $110 for ALL UTILITIES and household supplies including tea and spices. $500 security deposit.
