Hello, just moved here last June from California and haven’t been happier. I am 29 years old professional. I work 7-4 Monday through Friday. I love my job. I am social, friendly, respectful, and outgoing. I also like to cook and try new things. Before moving here I went on a 2 month road trip from California all the way up to Canada. Making stops ever 4 hours either camping or staying in an Airbnb. It was such an amazing trip! I love the outdoors! I have 2 small pomeranian’s that are loving, playful, and clean. They do not shed and are just so much fun to be around. I usually walk them every afternoon when I get home from work. We have many parks just down the road that I walk too.

The house is actually in north Austin / Wells branch area. That was not an option through the app. We are 8 minutes away from the Domain and 10 minutes away from Round rock. We are 2 minutes away from mopac and 35 so basically right in the middle. The room is 10x11 fully furnished with a super comfortable mattress. It’s basically new. Guests that I have had say it’s the most comfortable bed they have been on. There is a book shelf, dresser, and Tv in He bedroom right now. The closest is a standard bi-fold door closest that is good in size. Even though the room is fully furnished I would be open to removing some of the furniture if needed. The bathroom is a standard guest bath with a tub/shower set up. One large sink and vanity. You would also have access to all common areas. Our backyard is very large too with outdoor seating. I also can accommodate a space in the garage for you if you are needing extra storage.
