Hello, I am looking to move to the Westchester/El Segundo area and I am looking for another person to share a two bedroom two bath apt. With 1 bedroom apt rents astronomical in Los Angeles, the best way has always been to share a two bedroom apt with another person. I would like to find an apt with a new roommate as opposed to moving into someones apt who just has a vacancy as it would always feel like their apt. I want this to feel like our apt. I do have living room furniture, but would probably keep mostly to myself in my room. I am looking for a NON SMOKER and someone without pets. If interested please feel free to contact me.
