Roommate is moving to LA - need someone who can move in for July. Would need to sign a new lease and pass a credit check.
Amazing building - rooftop gym and pool. 24-hour doorman and valet. One block from the water and 2 blocks from Brookfield place. Amazing place to live and get away from the hectic streets of Manhattan.
My roommate had the converted room. That room has a sliding door, A/C, large windows. We made the best of the situation as I'm very easy going and will also leave the common space so both can have their privacy.
Would need a new couch and potentially a new TV. Other than that, the apartment has everything else.
