The apartment is located close enough to the ocean to feel like you're staying at a resort but close enough to jet over the city in 10 quick minutes. Another reason I love my apartment is because it's close to the 280 on ramp and a 7 minute drive to SFO. Not to mention a 6 minute drive to Colma Bart for those times you don't want to hassle with traffic.
Who am I? I'm a 30 something who is fairly active outdoors and on the dance floor. I leave the common space nice and clean, I can't say I wash dishes right way but I'm no slob. I respect my roomie's space and bring a light presence.
