HI GUYS! Paula and I have already found the perfect apartment, now we need to find the perfect person to help us fill it. It’s a 3bed/2bath in West Hollywood (N. Spaulding Ave & Santa Monica Blvd) and it’s pretty sweet. You’d have a nice sized room, share a bathroom with myself, and there’s permit street parking where you’d actually be able to find a spot (and you can put your name on the list to claim the next open garage parking space). We love pets, but sadly can’t have any due to allergies 😑 We’re in our mid-twenties working in finance and marketing and we enjoy lots of stuff and things! Paula’s into music and comedy and I love film and television, so you’ll get the best of both worlds. Also, the apartment is in a great location, walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, tons of restaurants and bars, and even a porn theatre if you’re into that kinda thing.
